- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- Incorrect personalization details provided by the customer
- Color preference changes
- Buyer’s remorse

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We want you to love your keepsake.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photos of the packaging if applicable
Once reviewed, we will work quickly to provide an appropriate resolution.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost or tracking information has stopped updating for an extended period, please contact us.
We'll gladly assist in investigating the shipment and determining the best resolution.
