3. Digital Mockup Approval
All personalized products include a digital proof for approval.

One complimentary revision round is included with each order.
If approval or revision requests are not received within 24 hours after proof delivery, the order may automatically proceed to production to avoid delays.
4. Production & Shipping
All products are made to order.

2–5 business days
Shipping times vary by destination and carrier.
Production and shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

- Weather
- Carrier delays
- High order volume
- Other circumstances outside our control
5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

You grant Called & Marked Co. permission to use the submitted materials solely for the purpose of creating and fulfilling your personalized order.
We do not claim ownership of your photos or personal content.
