At Called & Marked Co., every keepsake is custom-made and personalized specifically for your family. We take great care to ensure your order is beautifully designed, carefully produced, and delivered safely to your door.

Order Processing & Mockup Approval

Before production begins, you'll receive a personalized digital proof for approval.

Mockup Timeline

  • Digital proofs are emailed within 24–72 business hours after your order is placed.

Revisions

  • One complimentary revision round is included with every order.

Approval Policy

To avoid production delays, orders may automatically proceed to production if approval or revision requests are not received within 24 hours after proof delivery.

Production Times

Because every keepsake is made to order, production begins after your design has been approved.

Please note that production times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced, shipping times generally fall within the following ranges:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 Business Days

International Orders

  • Typically 7–20 Business Days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and may take up to 48 hours to begin updating after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully verify your shipping address before completing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each keepsake is custom-made and personalized specifically for your family, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Incorrect personalization details provided by the customer
  • Color preference changes
  • Buyer’s remorse

Please carefully review all personalization information before submitting your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We want you to love your keepsake.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photos of the packaging if applicable

Once reviewed, we will work quickly to provide an appropriate resolution.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost or tracking information has stopped updating for an extended period, please contact us.

We'll gladly assist in investigating the shipment and determining the best resolution.

Color Variation Disclaimer

Please note that colors may appear slightly different between screens, mobile devices, tablets, and printed products due to differences in display settings, lighting conditions, and printing processes.

Minor color variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.
