How long does it take to receive my personalized mockup?
We email a personalized digital proof within 24–72 business hours after your order is placed.
Once you receive your proof, you may:
✔ Approve your design
✔ Request changes (one complimentary revision included)
If approval or revision requests are not received within 24 hours after proof delivery, your order may proceed to production to prevent delays.
How long does production take?
All keepsakes are custom-made and personalized specifically for your family.
Typical production times:
- Framed Posters: 2–5 business days
- Framed Canvas Prints: 2–5 business days
- Canvas Prints: 2–5 business days
- Personalized Pillows: 2–5 business days
- Personalized Throw Blankets: 2–5 business days
Production times may vary slightly during holidays and periods of high demand.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within:
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
International Orders
- Typically 7–20 business days depending on destination
Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs processing.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
If production has not yet begun, we may be able to update your personalization details.
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Once production has started, changes cannot be guaranteed.
What photo quality should I upload?
For the best results, we recommend:
✔ High-resolution photos
✔ Well-lit images
✔ Clear facial details
✔ Front-facing or slightly angled baby photos
Avoid:
✖ Blurry images
✖ Screenshots
✖ Heavily filtered photos
✖ Dark or low-resolution images
What happens if I don't approve my mockup?
To prevent delays, orders may automatically move into production if approval or revision requests are not received within 24 hours after proof delivery.
Can I request revisions?
Yes.
Every order includes one complimentary revision round to ensure your keepsake looks beautiful before production begins.
Are the colors on the final product exactly the same as my screen?
Not always.
Colors may appear slightly different between phones, tablets, computer monitors, and printed products due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and printing processes.
We strive to represent colors as accurately as possible, but minor color variations are normal and do not affect the quality of your keepsake.
Do framed products arrive ready to hang?
Yes.
Our framed posters and framed canvas prints arrive ready to display and are designed to be easily hung in your nursery or home.

Can I return my personalized order?
Because each keepsake is custom-made and personalized specifically for your family, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong product
- Incorrect personalization information submitted by the customer
- Color preference changes

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
We want you to love your keepsake.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging if applicable
We'll review the issue and work quickly to provide an appropriate solution.
What if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product received.
We'll investigate the issue and work toward a prompt resolution.
What if my package is lost?
If your tracking information shows unusual delays or your package appears lost, please contact us and we'll gladly assist in investigating the shipment.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address entered during checkout, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Do you ship internationally?
